About Shipping and Delivery
For Non-perishable Products we recommend Federal Express as the most economical way to ship. See below for FedEx Ground Service Transit times from PA.

All orders are shipped and delivered Monday - Friday. 

All transit times are in Business days - gifts shipped Next Day on Friday will not arrive until Monday. Call us for Saturday delivery options. 

When shipping FedEx ground, packages do not require signatures, and may be left at the recipient's address at the discretion of the FedEx Driver. Signature service is available for an additional $2. FedEx Express shipping (Saver, Two Day and Next Day) require a signature for delivery. Three attempts will be made, a note being left each time with instructions to contact FedEx with instructions. If no contact is made, the package will be returned to us.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct and complete - incorrect or insufficient information may delay delivery of your gift.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO or International. Call for shipping to Alaska & Hawaii.

Orders placed by 1pm EST will ship that day. Orders placed after 1pm may ship the following business day.

Orders for hand delivery (Mon-Fri) must be placed by 1pm EST to guarantee same day delivery. Orders placed after 1pm may be delivered the following business day.

Hand delivery is for Mon-Fri, only. Hand delivery is not available on weekends unless special arrangements have been made.

Shipping during summer and/or to warmer climates
During summer months and especially when shipping to warmer climates, we may have to substitute for chocolate items. We can ship gifts containing chocolate with ice packs for transit times of two business days or less. Outside of these areas, we highly suggest selecting Two Day or Next Day shipping to ensure safe arrival of the chocolate. Keep in mind that weekends add extra transit days - transit times are business days only. We do not guarantee items if they are not shipped

If you would like your gift to ship at a later date, just tell us the date in "Special Instructions" during your checkout.
 
How to ship Multiple Gifts
If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you must purchase items separately. Always feel free to call or E-Mail us if you would like any assistance placing your order.
 
Substitution Policy
We reserve the right to substitute a product at an equal or greater value in any of our baskets or candy bouquets.
The Delivery Address
Please remember ground shipping can take up to 7 business days to arrive. Please be sure to provide us with complete and accurate delivery information including an accurate zip code. We regret we will have to charge a $15.00 address correction charge if a bad address or zip code is supplied.
 
Shipping Rates
True shipping cost will apply below is just a guild line for shipping. In many cases, it could be lower. However, if the shipping costs are more then 5% above the listed price we will contact you.
